Compensation:
$65-100k first year expectation. Base Salary + Commission on all sales; Company car and gas; 50% Health Insurance premiums paid for individuals or the entire family; Paid Time Off up to 12 days per year; Flexible, fun work environment.

Positions Primary Objective: Maximize every sales opportunity provided. Build relationships with our prospective clients and help them improve their indoor living environment.  Follow our proven sales process to execute win/win agreements.
 
Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Provide onsite Residential Radon Measurement, Mitigation and Indoor Air Quality Proposals.
  • Follow proven sales process utilizing sales software (Radon Shield®) to maximize every sales opportunity.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to recent non-booked residential proposals.
  • Be a radon advocate to create awareness and action to protect our community from this cancer-causing gas.
  • Become an expert in radon and other indoor air quality issues (must have a thirst for learning).
  • Generate your own supplemental leads through referrals and networking

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
