Installation Technician - Radon Mitigation

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in residential installation or the skilled trades, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or construction. While previous radon mitigation experience isn't required, we're looking for candidates with relevant installation experience and strong mechanical aptitude. We'll provide the specialized training, tools, and ongoing support needed to help you build your expertise in radon mitigation.
What You'll Do
As an Installation Technician, you'll install radon mitigation systems and indoor air quality solutions that help create healthier indoor environments for homeowners.

- Use hand and power tools to complete safe, professional installations.
- Work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and on roofs as needed.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each day's schedule.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites while treating every home with care and respect.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions during the installation process.
- Follow all company safety procedures and best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and care for company-provided tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential installation or a skilled trade is strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to safety and following established procedures.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely perform the physical demands of residential installation work, including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and on roofs.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
